Sr./Lead Sales Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned and results-driven Sr./Lead Sales Specialist to join VKM Digital's Branding division. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in digital sales who thrives on building lasting client relationships and closing high-value deals.

The position is based in Istanbul and follows a hybrid model — with some days working from the office and some days remotely.

You'll manage day-to-day client communications, lead negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns. From identifying new business opportunities to driving revenue growth, you'll play a key role in shaping our sales strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communications and build strong relationships within the digital industry
• Actively support and contribute to sales processes, including client meetings and negotiations
• Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and sales reports tailored to client needs
• Identify new business opportunities by researching brands, markets, and industry trends
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media) to ensure successful campaign execution
• Apply sales strategies and contribute to achieving revenue targets

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the advertising, media, or digital marketing industry
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Solid understanding of branding, marketing, and digital media dynamics
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Canva
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Based in Istanbul and comfortable with a hybrid work model

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience working with CRM tools (e.g. Monday, HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Experience in account management or client-facing roles within agencies
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills
• Existing network within the advertising or media industry is a plus
• Interest in sports, media, or entertainment industries
